March was a fun month! Will has mastered crawling and standing by his 8 month birthday. It’s so much fun watching him learn new things. Every day he does something new and surprises us! He stands up to our couches, his LeapFrog table, and other toys.

After celebrating mommy’s birthday on the 16th we had another birthday to celebrate. Will’s cousin, Elijah, turned ONE on March 27th. His birthday party was at Chuck E Cheese in Lincoln. The pictures below are from the party. Will enjoyed the “Bob The Builder” ride and the Jeep off-road simulation ride. He thought he was a pretty big boy on these rides! You can tell Will likes something if he has his mouth open VERY wide, even though the pictures make him look like he is crying or screaming.

2 Teeth and Crawling

Will has started crawling and teething!! We're working on crawling forward, but he prefers to go backwards. Right around his 7 month birthday he started scooting backwards and welcomed 2 bottom teeth. He also likes standing up to his activity table and couches. William is becoming very wild and grabs at anything!

Another thing Will enjoys is taking out all of his toys and dragging them around the room. He can only do this while crawling backwards or falling over and dropping them everywhere! He's pretty proud of himself : )

Big Boy Will

We went to Columbus for the weekend. Mommy and Will were in charge of packing, but we had a quick photo session first! Will has started splashing all over in his bathtub. Sammy and I think he is probably getting too big for it!

Here is the "before" picture of Will playing on mom and dad's bed.

Here is the "after" picture of Will falling over the long, red pillow! He looks mad, but he was laughing!

Much happier now!

When we finally made it to Columbus Will had soooo much fun playing with Elijah. (Seth, Emily, and Elijah came back too). I will try uploading a cute video of Will trying to get Elijah to play with him. Elijah and Will giggle at each other and like touching each other : )

Oops, 6 Month Doctor Appointment

Last Friday, Will weighed 18 lb 6 oz (67%) and was 27 1/4 in long (76%). His head was up in the 60th percentile!! He is definitely growing, we need to look for his next carseat : ) If anyone has suggestions let us know!

6 Months Old

We have had so much fun and stayed very busy since Will was born. We can't believe it, he's 6 months old already!!! I wanted to post pics with Will and Grant Sutko, but Will wasn't allowed in the hospital room. It was great seeing Nick & Heather with their new lil' guy! And thank you to Quinn and Colette for letting us stay at their home last weekend! Here are some new pictures:

He has started sitting up BY HIMSELF and loves anything he can chew on! For instance, his newest thing to slobber on is a pickle. He inherited this gene from the Gutz side. His 10 month old cousin Elijah also eats pickles : P

Since we have hit the 6 month mark, Will has tried basically all his fruits and veggies. You gotta love when babies fall asleep in their highchair!

Weekends With The Gutz Boys

Will likes his shirt that Uncle Seth made : )
Your typical Saturday night around 8:00 pm! I went to fold clothes in our bedroom and I stumbled in the living room to find both boys sleeping : )

Mom is ready for football season to be over with, the boys ignore me all day! This pic was taken on Sunday watching the Giants play.

Look at his big, blue eyes!

Happy New Year!

We had a wonderful Christmas and we hope that you all had fun bringing in the new year! Will was all smiles with Santa and Mrs. Claus : ) Will and Elijah (9 mo) like staring at each other. It's so funny watching the two little boys look at Sam and Seth trying to figure out which one is their dad! Elijah ignores Will when Sam is holding him, my theory is that Elijah is jealous that "his dad" is holding another baby. I'm looking for a picture of Sam and Seth holding the boys, it is hilarious!

Will has officially outgrown his beloved swing. We decided if he was pulling himself up and bending the metal bar, maybe it's time to put the swing away! He also enjoys playing on the couch with dad.
